Social media is an incredible gift.  It keeps us connected, in touch with friends and family, it's a great way to inform ourselves and educate ourselves.  

But what happens when you're feeling TOO connected?  

Scrolling for chunks of time on end.  

Feeling the need to check your phone.

Checking out mentally to scroll instead of participating in life right before you.

Maybe even using it as a numbing mechanism, scrolling when you're upset or made instead of doing something you KNOW will help you feel better?
