💫Especially great for Empaths!
I was talking to a friend today and she mentioned that going into a store she felt very anxious, like she was picking up the energy of others.
Ever feel like that?🙋♀️ ...I've had to leave before from panic attacks because it was too much. I've left stores (*ahem* WALMART I'm talking to YOU 😂) feeling SO anxious and overwhelmed. I began to realize that it actually wasn't MY energy that was making me feel like that, it was me picking up the energy of others. With the speeding around, checking off the to do lists, frantically searching and being on the go from everyone in the stores---it can feel like a lot energetically! This is a HUGE characteristic of an empath. An empath is highly sensitive individual who has the ability to sense what people around them are thinking and feeling. They often pick up energy of others around them and sometimes to the point of taking on the pain of others at their own expense. I've learned ways to protect my energy so I don't pick up other's...because theirs is not mine to hang on to! 🦄Here are my top tips to protect your energy &/or release it 1️⃣ Call In Archangel Michael for protection 💙 He is very protective, will surround you with a shield to keep out anything that's not yours and keep you from harm. The angels and archangels are always available to help us for our highest and best good, all we have to do is ask. “Archangel Michael, protect me now“, are the only words you need know to invoke him. By speaking these words, know that he is there with you. 2️⃣Imagine walls coming up around you to keep any energy that's not mine out. This helps a TON. I imagine them to be steel doors coming up from the ground and protecting me on all 4 sides. 3️⃣Black Tourmaline ...this crystal is VERY protective and I literally wear mine every.single.day or for sure when I go out and about. Just remember to cleanse it with sage each day as it will work very hard for you. When working with your crystal simply place it in your hand and set the intention. That's it. Check out my fav crystal store in my 2019 self love holiday gift guide (link below) 4️⃣Breathe into the anxious/frantic/overwhelmed feeling and release it with force on the exhale. Take a moment to close your eyes (as long as it's safe to do so...obvi don't do this while you're driving lol) and take a deep inhale in through your nose. Imagine the breath going straight to the area of discomfort in your body, filling it with light and then exhale fully with force imagining this energy and discomfort is leaving your body with your breath. Repeat this at least 3-5 times until you feel better. If it helps, follow it with some calm, deep meditative breaths to recenter yourself.
